Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.asys-publishing.co.uk website (the "Service") operated by aSys Publishing ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The manuscript must be submitted in its final form. That is; it should have been checked and rechecked by the author and be ready for formatting and publication. Unless specifically requested, we do not offer proofreading or editing services. However, if after the document has been formatted by aSys Publishing, ready for publication and at this stage the author wishes to make substantial changes then a further charge of at least £30 will be required depending upon the extent of the changes.
The author must have all legal permissions and rights to publish all of the material in the manuscript. This includes text, diagrams and photographs etc.
It is not normally acceptable to simple copy and paste material that is found on the Internet even if it is in the public domain. Please contact us for clarification.
The manuscript must not be of a nature that would make it illegal to be published in the United Kingdom, United States of America or any other country.
By accessing or using the service you agree that the author is fully responsible for the entire content of the book and agree that aSys Publishing is not liable for any damages that could be caused by content contained within the publication.
Liability and Errors
Following the author's approval of the proof (Soft or Printed) any remaining errors or omissions will be the responsibility of the author.
aSys Publishing requires a £50 deposit before work can begin. Full payment is then required after you have seen a physical or soft proof of your book and the funds must have cleared in our account before publication.
Our preferred methods of payment are by Credit / Debit Card or Bank Transfer. We accept cheques, made payable to aSys IT, however work cannot start until the cheque has cleared.
aSys Publishing is not a book printer. Because we keep our publishing prices as low as absolutely possible it is not possible to give "free" author copies with any of our services.
We have business arrangements with printers and can arrange on behalf of the author to have books printed at cost effective unit prices. The prices usually become cost effective for the author when 25 or more copies of the book are ordered. For numbers less than 25 it is usually cheaper for the author to order them direct from the print on demand provider after their book has been published.
